Dr. Sayali Pande is a seasoned educator and academic leader with over 25 years of teaching experience across disciplines including Textile Science, Fashion Technology, English, and Communication Skills. She has guided UG and PG students from diverse streams such as Fashion, Psychology, Cosmetic Technology, Law, and English Literature.

A gold medalist with four postgraduate degrees to her credit, Dr. Pande is also an active Board of Studies (BOS) member with RTM Nagpur University, Gondwana University, and Savitribai Phule Pune University.

I specialize in subjects such as fashion illustration, garment construction, and portfolio development, and have mentored several student collections for annual shows like “La Classe.” My background includes roles at INIFD Hamirpur, IDT Surat, and Zeha Exports, blending academic and practical expertise. I hold an M.Sc. in Fashion Technology and am proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and 3D CLO. Passionate about integrating digital tools with traditional craft, I strive to foster innovation and creativity in my students.

With her academic knowledge and practical expertise, she guides aspiring students through the admission process and supports them in making informed career choices in fashion.

Mrs. Monika Karve

Monika Karve is a dedicated academician and fashion designer with over 10 years of experience in fashion education and design. She holds a B. Design in Fashion & Apparel from NIFT Mumbai and a Master's in Fashion Design from L.A.D College, Nagpur, where she was a gold medalist and University topper.

She has previously served as the Head of Department at SIFT Pune. She has expertise in subjects such as Draping, Fashion Studies, History of Fashion, and Range Development. Monika has actively contributed to syllabus development for the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and was a member of the Board of Studies Ad Hoc Committee.

Monika has also worked as a freelance designer and with industry brands like Rodas Impex. Apart from her vast experience of Academics, her areas of expertise include styling, ethnic wear, and fashion event coordination. With a strong foundation in both practical design and theoretical knowledge, she has guided students for fashion shows, competitions and also for higher education.

Ms. Kalpana Shinde

Mrs. Kalpana Shinde is now Pursuing M.Voc, she has completed ITI Diploma in Fashion Design - Nanded and Master in MA Sociology - Nanded.

She is a expertise in pattern making, Garment contraction, Embroidery work.

she is having a vast experience of 14 plus years in teaching. 6 plus years teaching experience in yeshwant college Nanded. 1 year plus teaching experience in People's college Nanded. She is presently working with suryadatta Institute of fashion technology as a full time faculty. 6 plus working with suryadatta Institute of fashion technology.

In the capacity of practical lectures, she is passionate about teaching and encourages students for their better future.

Mrs Monika Akshay Karve is an expert Academician and is currently a full time faculty in the area of Range Development, Menswear and Draping

She has over 6 years of full time academic experience, and 1 year of industry experience with reputed Indian Corporate Houses. She is presently working with SURYADATTA INSTITUTE OF FASHION TECHNOLOGY as a full time faculty in the capacity of ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR. Her other teaching interests are Womenswear, Fashion Studies, History of Fashion.

She has a Masters in the area of Fashion Design with a specialization in Masters in Fashion Design from Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur, Maharashtra and a Bachelors in the area of Fashion Design with a specialization in Bachelors in Design- Fashion from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) University, Mumbai, Maharshtra. She is a University Gold medalist for securing the highest marks in any Post Graduate Course at Nagpur University.

Mrs.Pratigya Kulkarni is a very young and dynamic educator and is currently full time faculty in the area of History of Fashion Design. She has over 1 year of academic teaching experience and industry experience. She is presently working as sr.associate professor at Suryadutta Institute of Fashion Technology.Her other teaching expertise are Grading,Draping and Women's wear.

She has done masters in the area of fashion designing with specialization in masters of fashion design from LAD college ,Nagpur and bachelor's in fashion design from Somalwar Nikalas Mahila Mahavidhyalay, Nagpur. She is university second topper for securing highest marks in her post graduate course.She extravagantly completed diploma in Reach CAD.

Ms. Akhila N Muramatti is a Masters graduate in the field of Textile Science and Apparel Design from SNDT University,Mumbai and has pursued her undergraduation from Bangalore University. She has invested her 4.5 years of Fashion Retail Industrial experience into an effective role of an academic expert at Suryadatta Institute of Fashion Technology. She has been associated with Indian Retail firms dealing with Luxury as well as Premium Lifestyle Brands such as Unilog Retail India and Madura- Aditya Birla Nuvo Garments.

She has been guiding the students of Suryadatta Institute of Fashion Technology from 1.5 yrs. Her expertise subjects are Textile Science, Quality Analysis & Assurance,Design Process, Surface Ornamentation, and Traditional Textiles and Embroideries.

Her career highlights include the key contributions towards Visual Merchandising, Mens wear - Personal styling, Academic Planning and Documentation, Student Career Guidance and Counselling.

Her personal interests stretch into reading Fictional novels, Su-Do-Ku, Embroidery, Traditional form of Paintings, Collecting Handmade miniatures, and Numismatic.

Mrs. Renuka Ghospurkar a HOD for Suryadatta Institute of Fashion Technology by profession and one who takes interest in learning and expressing art through fashion.

Academically she is Masters in Textiles Design and Apparels Design, PGDBM in HR specialization, PGDFT and pursuing Master's in sociology. She is leading the fashion designing department at SIFT for last 9 years and have started many initiatives for benefits of students along their career.
